Mission Statement
First Baptist Church believes there is one God (Father, Son, Holy Spirit), salvation is received by acceptance of Jesus Christ and repenting of sins, God’s Word is The Truth, and believers are to grow in faith and go and make disciples.
Purpose
The purpose of this Church is to glorify God (I Corinthians 10:31). We will do this through our worship and through the preaching and teaching of the Word of God. We will seek to win people to Jesus Christ; to administer the ordinances of the New Testament; to seek the spiritual improvement of its members; to minister to its own and the community; and to extend the Kingdom of God to all the earth.
